O R D E R

This petition has been filed to give police protection to the petitioner, pursuant to the complaint dated 01.03.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that based on the complaint dated 01.03.2017, the respondent police registered the case in C.S.R.No.249 of 2017, thereafter, no action has been taken. He further submits that now, the dispute between the petitioner and the counter party in C.S.R.No.249 of 2017 had been resolved and a compromise memo also entered between them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that based the complaint both the parties were enquired and they were agreed to resolve their issues between them. Since the dispute is civil in nature, it would appropriate to approach the civil forum, if necessary. Hence, C.S.R.No.249 of 2017 has been closed on 06.03.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
