ORDER

This petition is filed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.52 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.52 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. But the respondents have not shown any interest to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigate the same and file a final report. Therefore, he has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on and hence, he prays for six months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, after due enquiry, the case in Crime No.52 of 2014 has been registered as early as on 09.07.2014 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC. Therefore, the second respondent police is directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
