When the matter came up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and identified themselves. They also produced their Aadhar Card bearing Nos.8939 8524 7602 and 8298 1343 6597 respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the second respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending proceedings in C.C.No.100 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent/de-facto complainant and the petitioner have amicably settled the issue among themselves and the de-facto complainant has also filed a compromise affidavit dated 19.09.2019 stating that he has no objection if the proceedings in C.C.No.100 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur is quashed.

4.Recording the statements made by the defacto complainant in the affidavit filed by his dated 19.09.2019, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.100 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur is quashed.
