Respondents in all W.Ps Common Prayer :- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to restore seniority to the petitioners at par with those who were selected and appointed as Fireman and sent for training
on 22.10.2001 and fix their seniority in the cadre of Fireman, based on the marks secured by them in the process of selection made by the 3rd respondent, in the light of the representations made by them dated 17.02.2022, 25.03.2022 & 16.02.2022 and grant them all consequential service and monetary benefits.
In all W.Ps For Petitioner : Mr.K.Venkatraman For Respondents : Mr.P.Baladhandayutham Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for direction directing the respondents to restore seniority to the petitioners on par with those who were selected and appointed as Fireman and sent for training on 22.10.2001 and fix their seniority in the cadre of Fireman, based on the marks secured by them in the process of selection made by the 3rd respondent, in the light of the representations made by them dated 17.02.2022, 25.03.2022 & 16.02.2022 and grant them all consequential service and monetary benefits.
2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 17.02.2022, 25.03.2022 & 16.02.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
