This matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 28.11.2025 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (at Magisterial level), Alandur, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in CC.No.57 of 2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the above said letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (at Magisterial level), Alandur for extension of time.

3. Accordingly, the time for the disposal of the case in CC.No.57 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (at Magisterial level), Alandur, is hereby extended by two months from today.
