O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 with respect to the correction of mistake committed during UDR survey with respect to the land measuring an extent of 3.02 acres (AD condition land) comprised in S.No.1025/1C situated at Uthanapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue patta to the petitioner and his family members within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, 2/5

the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
