Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the wrong entry which has made as DC lands in revenue records, upon the petitioner's properties which are comprised in Survey Nos.532/3, to an extent of 3.17 acres of land and Survey No.532/4, to an extent 1.61 acres of land, situated
at Irungur Village, Kalavai Taluk, Ranipet District and to issue separate patta for the said lands in the petitioner's name, within a time limit as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
For Petitioner : Mr.E.Soundar Rajan For Respondents : Mr.N.Naveen Kumar Government Advocate O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to remove the wrong entry which was made as DC lands in revenue records, upon the petitioner's properties which are comprised in Survey Nos.532/3, to an extent of 3.17 acres of land and Survey No.532/4, to an extent 1.61 acres of land, situated at Irungur Village, Kalavai Taluk, Ranipet District and to issue separate patta for the said lands in the petitioner's name, within a time limit as may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass
orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
