The petitioner herein filed this petition seeking to dispense with the production of the fair and decretal original order passed by the District Munsif Court at Tirupur, dated 30.01.2020 in I.A.No.1158 of 2019 in O.S.No.383 of 2019. This petition has been pending from November 2021 onwards. The petitioner has not produced the fair and decretal order dated 30.01.2021 so far. Finally, petitioner is granted four weeks time to file the fair and decretal order dated 30.01.2020 in I.A.No.1158 of 2019 in O.S.No.383 of 2019, failing which the present petition stands dismissed and the Civil Revision Petition stands rejected.
