Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.14099/2022 dated 28.06.2022, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

When the matter was called today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the Proceedings of the 1st respondent in Ref.No.69246/N2/2/2022, dated 23.11.2022, would submit that the order of this Court has been duly complied with.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said statement.

In view of the above, placing on record the said proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 23.11.2022 and also recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, the Contempt Petition is closed.
