ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondent to measure the property conveyed under the Sale Deed dated 29.03.2019 registered as document No.2834 of 2019 at Pallavaram Sub Registrar's Office, comprised in S.No.304/3A part, Town Survey No.6/2 in Thiruvallur Nagar, Zamin Pallavaram Village, Pallavaram Taluk with police protection, if necessary, and give the drawing / report to the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Sridharan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted application to measure the above said property, which is pending. Therefore, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.03.2020 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders to measure the property conveyed under the Sale Deed dated 29.03.2019 registered as document No.2834 of 2019 at Pallavaram Sub Registrar's Office, comprised in S.No.304/3A part, Town Survey No.6/2 in Thiruvallur Nagar, Zamin Pallavaram Village, Pallavaram Taluk with police protection, if necessary, and give the drawing / report to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
