O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation and issue the Patta No.447 which has been cancelled by them vide their Order No. Na.Ka.942/2022/A2 dated 22.08.2022 and Na.Ka.2724/2022/A2 dated 22.08.2022

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had given a representation to the respondents on 09.09.2022 to issue patta to the petitioner which was cancelled bide order dated Na.Ka.942/2022/A2 dated 22.08.2022 and Na.Ka.2724/2022/A3 dated 22.08.2022 but the same was not considered. Hence the present petition.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that already patta was granted to the petitioner .

4. Considering the fair submission made by the learned Government Pleader this petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a Revision under Section 13 of Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 within

a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if such Revision is filed, the authority concerned shall dispose the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of such appeal.
