[Respondents] Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection to the vehicle, men and materials of the petitioner, to ensure free ingress and egress of the vehicle and men of the petitioner to remove her goods as set-out in Schedule-B to this petition from the ScheduleA property without any obstruction or hindrance by the said Faiz Mohammad and / or said Mr.Abid Ahsan and / or their men, agents or servants, pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.02.2016.

O R D E R

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned counsel on either side have filed a joint memo of compromise dated 22.12.2016, duly signed by the parties as well as their counsel, in which it is stated that the petitioner shall remove all her goods at her own cost on or before 17.01.2017, without any inconvenience to the fourth respondent or other neighbour in the premises in question. Further, it is stated in the memo that the respondents 2 and 3 have tendered to the petitioner a sum of Rs.75,000/-, the receipt of which the petitioner had accepted and acknowledged. 2.In view of the above joint memo of compromise entered into between the parties, as agreed upon, the goods shall be permitted to be taken away by the petitioner on or before 17.01.2017. 3.The joint memo of compromise is recorded and the same shall
