ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court, the impugned transfer order was cancelled vide proceedings dated 27.09.2024. Hence the issue raised in the present writ petition become infructuous.
