Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para no. 5 (d)the petitioner shall furnish the title deeds of immovable property worth about a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Ruppees Ten Lakhs Only) either belongs to him or his relatives in above Crl.O.P.No. 10895/2020 dated 29.07.2020.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
