ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Dr.M.S.Vatsala, who died intestate on 19.07.2010. The petitioners are the daughters of the deceased Dr.M.S.Vatsala.

2. The second petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificates of the deceased Dr.M.S.Vatsala and T.M. Nachinarkinian (father of the petitioners), as Exs.P2 and P1, and the legal heirship certificate of the deceased T.M. Nachinarkinian as Ex.P3. A perusal of Ex.P3 shows that the 1/4

petitioners are the only legal heirs of T.M. Nachinarkinian and Dr.M.S.Vatsala. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

3. In view of the above said evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking order: Yes/ No Petitioner's witness:
