ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 or their subordinates not to interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent pertaining to the property comprised in S.F.No.312/1 and 313/1 of Arthanaripalayam Village, Anaimalai Taluk, Coimbatore, which is the subject matter property in O.S.No.141 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Pollachi under the guise of investigation of the FIR in Cr.No.76 of 2022 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, who is none other than the sister of the petitioner, pertaining to the property comprised in S.F.No.

312/1 and 313/1 of Arthanaripalayam Village, Anaimalai Taluk, Coimbatore. In this regard, a civil case in O.S.No.141 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Pollachi, is pending. Apart from this, the third respondent gave a complaint to the respondent police against the petitioner, which was received and registered a case in Crime No.

2022, based on that complaint, the respondent police harassing the petitioner, so that, the petitioner gave a representation on 19.09.2022 not to interfere with the civil matter. Hence, he filed the present writ petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that apart from the complaint given by the third respondent, there are many complaints received against the petitioner. In pursuant of the complaints received against the petitioner, the respondent police are conducting enquiry. 4.In view of the abovesaid submission, the second respondent Inspector of Police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry upon the complaints received from the parties, if any cognizable offence is made out. Further, directed the second respondent not to interfere with the property pertaining to O.S.No.141 of 2022.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
