This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.02.2016, it is seen that the petitioner not even mentioned the date of the alleged incident is said to have been taken place.

4.Hence, this Court is of the view that no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
