When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.12.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter, this court directed the Registry to list the matter on 14.12.2021. Again, when the matter was taken up for consideration, there was no representation for the petitioner. Once again the matter was directed to be listed on 16.12.2021. Even on 20.12.2021, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. In order to give one last opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 20.12.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''.
