ORDER

The petitioner has filed a representation dated 09.07.2023 to the respondents to initiate action against all the officials in terms of the report of Justice A.Arumughaswamy Commission. 2.Representing for respondents, Mr.R.Shanmugasundaram, learned Advocate General assisted by Ms.A.G.Shakeera, learned counsel submitted that the report made under the Commissions of Inquiry Act is essentially recommendatory.

3.This Court now merely requires the Government to consider the request of the petitioner to initiate action against the Officials only within the framework of law and the privileges accorded to the Government under the said Act.
