ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the Criminal Revision Petition and confirming the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Cuddalore dismissing the private complaint under Section 203 of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. This Court is not able to find any illegality or infirmity in the orders passed by the Courts below and there are no grounds to interfere with the same. This Court cannot treat this petition as a second revision since it is barred under Section 397(3) of Cr.P.C.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
