ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.10.2021 for the offence under Sections 5(1), 5(n), 5(j)(ii) r/w.6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 in Cr.No.18 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have made sexual assault on the minor victim girl without her consent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.20451 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 02.11.2021 has dismissed the said petition and vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the offence committed by the petitioner is heinous offence and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20451 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
