This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.06.2024 Crl.O.P.No.15068 of 2024 (c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 am for a period of three months.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both sides and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
