When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that this Court has already modified the condition and directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

Considering the representations made on both sides and considering the fact that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation, the question of relaxing the condition imposed will not arise. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
