Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the 1/5

petitioner representation dated 08.01.2024 to prove Sub Division Patta for the lands to an extent of 4,408 Square Feet in Survey No.41/4, situated at La.Gudalur Village, Rishivanthiyam Sub Register District, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 08.01.2024 seeking sub-division of her property situated in S.No.41/4 at La.Gudalur Village, Rishivanthiyam Sub Register District, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, she submitted online application on 24.04.2023 seeking sub-division of property purchased by her in S.No.41/4 under a registered sale deed dated 12.07.2000, the said application has not 2/5

been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider online application of the petitioner dated 24.04.2023 and pass final orders, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
