This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to alter the name of the Accused A-5 as R.Murali Krishna as per the record of the Death Certificate instead of Murali in Crime No.6/2010 at P.R.C.No.59/2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband/Accused-5, namely, R.Murali Krishna died on 07.02.2015 and the respondent has wrongly stated his name as Murali in Crime No.6/2010 and filed a final report and it is pending before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, in P.R.C.No.59/2015. Further, the learned counsel would submit that the death certificate of the petitioner's husband/Accused-5 is also indicates his name as R.Murali Krishna and therefore, the petitioner prayed for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

altering the name of the Accused A-5 as R.Murali Krishna instead of Murali in Crime No.6/2010 at P.R.C.No.59/2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur, Krishnagiri District.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to alter the name of the petitioner's husband/Accused-5 as R.Murali Krishna instead of Murali in Crime No.6/2010 at P.R.C.No.59/2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
