ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed in E.A.No.82 of 2015 in E.A.No.67 of 2006 in O.S.No.73 of 1976 dated 16.11.2016, on the file of the Learned District Munsiff-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the E.A.No.67 of 2006 has been already disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
