This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 3 imposed as that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, the other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5763 of 2025 shall remain unaltered in Crl.M.P.No.8649 of 2025 by order dated 28.04.2025 pending on the file of this Court. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 3, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders the other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5763 of 2025 shall remain unaltered in Crl.M.P.No.8649 of 2025 by order dated 28.04.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 29.07.2025 jas To The Inspector of Police, T-16, Semmancherry Police Station, Chennai.
