O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to investigate the complaint of the petitioner in Crime No.15 of 2013 and file a final report as per law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.15 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 468, 471 and 420 IPC. But, the 2nd respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and to file a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition for the relief as stated above.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that already the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation is over and Refer Charge No.8 of 2016 Sheet has been filed on 24.02.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Perambalur. Notice sent to the defacto complainant, has been returned as "unclaimed".

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum after receiving summons from the Court below.
