on the file of S.R.O.Sriperumputhur, on the petitioner's online application along with survey fee No.20250526017871 dated 26.05.2025, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection on the date and time of land survey by the 1st respondent.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to survey in respect of Irulancheri Village Punja Agriculture land survey No.15B Sub-division 3B1 measuring extent of 0.17.50-0.43 cents out of total extent of 85 cents based on the petitioner's mother settlement deed dated 04.11.1970 vide document No.2602/1970 on the file of S.R.O.Sriperumputhur, on the petitioner's online application along with survey fee No.20250526017871 dated 26.05.2025, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection on the date and time of land survey by the 1st respondent.

2. By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up 2/6

for final disposal at the admission stage itself. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to the respondents No.3 to 5 is dispensed with.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, on instructions submitted that based on the online application of the petitioner dated 26.05.2025, survey of the petitioner's land is fixed on 19.08.2025 at 10.30 a.m. He also produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.05/2025/A3 signed on 05.08.2025 issued by the first respondent. 4. Considering the fact that the survey has been fixed on 19.08.2025, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct survey on the petitioner's property and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
