Crl.M.P.No.13948 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9736 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 9736 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, appear before the same respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m and to comply the condition till the date of imposed on him.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that draft charge sheet is ready to file and the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.

9736 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate, on receipt of summons.
