This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19422 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022.

2. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in crime No.90 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 468, 471, 420 IPC r/w Section 34 IPC in Crl.O.P.No.19422 of 2022 order dated 25.08.2022 with the following conditions: "that the petitioner is directed to deposit original title deeds (stand in the name of the petitioner or his friends or relatives) not below the value of Rs.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned to the credit of Cr.No.90 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready ......".

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that since he does not have any property worth about Rs.1,00,00,000/- as he had suffered a huge loss in his business, he seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19422 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed by this Court. The modified conditions are read as follows:

"that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of Cr.No.90 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready ......".

5. All other conditions remain unaltered. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. Further, time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19422 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022 is extended till 20.10.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled.
