This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.10268 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023 stated that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders"

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the same was taken on file as Spl.CC.No.200 of 2023 by the POCSO Court at Salem.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
