This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent Police first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.MP.No.9382 of in Crl.OP.No.11468 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.9382 of in Crl.OP.No.11468 of 2023 dated 10.07.2023 is relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
