This petition has been filed for extension of time granted by this Court on 11.07.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.16262 of 2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioners are unable to comply with order since he is suffering from severe spondylitis, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
