This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the Petitioner to report before the Respondent police every Monday and Friday at 06.30 pm, until further orders by order dated 21.06.2023 in Crl.MP.No.8497 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.5634 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed in this matter.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
