The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 16.05.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.11786 of 2024 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
