ORDER

The Contempt Petition was filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court made in C.R.P.No.2868 of 2019, dated 09.09.2019.

When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent, pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, is present before this Court and he would further submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the rental arrears payable to the petitioners has been paid.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners also endorsing the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that the rental arrears has been paid, which has been received by the petitioners.

4. In view of the said compliance that has been made by the respondent and the respondent also appeared before this Court pursuant to the order of this Court and having recorded the aforesaid, this Court feels that no further adjudication is required in the present petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Therefore, the future presence of the respondent does not arise.
