ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction, to direct the respondents to alter the FIR in Crime No.120 of 2014 dated 11.03.2014.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that a case of hit and run, FIR was registered for the offence under Sections 279, 304(B) of IPC. Even till today, the second respondent could not able to find out the vehicle. Therefore, the investigation is still pending. At this stage, it was not possible to alter the FIR.
3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
