This petition has been filed to modify the condition "the petitioner shall report before the respondent every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.No.15797 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner finds it difficult to appear before the respondent police. Thus, he prays that, petitioner may be directed to appear before the Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai.

3. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily at 10.00.a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that, other conditions remain the same.
