The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.11.2015 and to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case has been registered in Crime No.08 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C. 4.Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
