Crl.M.P.No.12385 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.20542 of 2019 Crl.M.P.No.12385 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.20542 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This Court had specifically stated in the earlier order that if the petitioner does not surrender before the Court below on or before 20.08.2019, the order passed by the Court below will automatically come into force.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will surrender before the Court below during the third week of September 2019 and he will not seek for any further extension of time. The petitioner also gives an undertaking to that effect. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents vehemently opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner has been successfully dragging on with the case without complying with the condition and therefore this petition has to be dismissed.

Crl.M.P.No.12385 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.20542 of 2019 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., vs 4.Taking into consideration, the specific undertaking given by the petitioner, one last chance is given to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Salem on 18.09.2019. If the petitioner does not surrender before the time stipulated by this Court, paragraph No.4 of the original order will automatically come into force without any further reference to this Court.
