C.M.P.No.21013 of 2022 in S.A.No.66 of 2013 P.T. ASHA. J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 1245 days in filing the petition to set aside the order against the petitioner in S.A.No.66 of 2013 on 18.12.2018 and permit the petitioner to reopen the case.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the above petition being ordered. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the petition for setting aside the order and post the matter after numbering.
