Review is sought for solely on the ground that a reasoned order was passed and the same was served on the counsel for the petitioner at the hearing of the writ petition. 1/3

Admittedly, the order impugned in the writ petition dated 14th February 2018 did not contain any reasons. The same was quashed solely on the ground that it did not disclose any reasons. If any other order had been passed or any other proceedings had been communicated to the writ petitioner after the filing of the writ petition, the same cannot be taken as a ground to deny any relief to the petitioner.

A reading of the order of which review is sought for shows that I have left it open to the petitioner Bank to afford an opportunity to the 1st respondent/writ petitioner and pass orders disclosing the basis of the conclusions arrived at. Hence, I do not see any ground to review the order passed in the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
