This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 07.09.2023, passed in W.P.No.25850 of 2023, directing the 2 nd respondent to send the proposal of the 3 rd respondent to the st respondent effecting changes in the pay of the petitioner. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.No.48, Agriculture Department, dated 14.11.2025.

3.However, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court has not been fully complied with and it is only partially complied.

4.If the petitioner is really aggrieved or not satisfied with the order passed by the respondents, the only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Since the order which is subject matter of this Contempt Petition has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed.
