This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No.127 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent or any other competent agencies.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted the investigation in Crime No.127 of 2020 has been completed and filed a final report before Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvennainallur, Villupuram District. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent and the question of transfer of investigation does not arise.
