This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case pending in C.S.R.No.9 of 2017 to any other Investigating Agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no case registered in C.S.R.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.

It is seen that the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in C.S.R.No.9 of 2017. But, no case has been registered in C.S.R.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent. As such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the prayer sought for in the petition cannot be considered. Therefore, this petition is devoid of merits.
