(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Ramalingam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 8.

2. Learned State Government Pleader submits that after the petitioner made the representation, the Tahsildar has deputed the Field Surveyors and survey of the land would be carried out on 11.09.2023 and depending upon the survey report, further action would be undertaken.
