This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.162/2023 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thittagudi Police Station, Cuddalore District to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Cuddalore District, 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined 2/4

to transfer the investigation in Crime No.162/2023 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Thittagudi Police Station, Cuddalore District to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore and there shall be a direction to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Cuddalore District to complete the investigation in Crime No.162/2023, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
