This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose of the appeal in AP.No.13969 of 2016 filed by the Petitioner within a time frame.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal in AP.No.13969 of 2016 of the petitioner dated 11.4.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
