Vs MR.SHEKAR [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the decree and judgment passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, (Additional District and Sessions at Hosur in MCOP No.170 of 2014 dated 16/12/2015 in CMP.No.4160/2017 ending disposal of the above appeal 799/2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, during the time of admission, on 17.03.2017, interim stay of operation of the award was passed by this Court on condition that the appellant / petitioner shall deposit entire award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submitted that the said conditional order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. In view of the above, the interim stay already granted by this Court is made absolute and this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
